Who may play
You must be 18 or over. We allow one account per household, and the details you give at registration must match your documents. You may play in fun play, whose wins have no cash value, or in real play.
Welcome choice and bonuses
On your first deposit of £15 or more you may choose either a 400% deposit match or 100% cashback insurance, not both. Deposit bonuses require the deposit plus the bonus to be played through before withdrawal. Free bonuses carry 20x to 60x wagering, and free-chip winnings are capped at £50. Cashouts from a bonus of 200% or more are capped at 10 times the deposit. Bonus funds are valid for 30 days.
Promotions and status
Raffle prizes, Cashtravaganza cashback and Comp Points cash carry 1x wagering. A player who makes no deposit for 30 consecutive days becomes a Free Bonus Player.
Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits run from £5 to £1,000 each, by methods in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals take from 1 hour to 14 days, usually faster, and are processed Monday to Friday after verification. The minimum is £50, the maximum £1,500 per request and £10,000 per month. Transfer fees of £10 to £40 may apply.
